Description:

Of canted reticulated form painted in the Mandarin palette, decorated to the sides with identical scenes of a seated gentleman and a child picking fruit in a terraced garden, while another gentleman looks out of a window in a house and holds up a flower, in the background water and an island with building, the plaited handles painted gold with leaf and stem detailing. The cover decorated with two panels, one depicting a man at a window holding up a flower while another man, seated on a bench in a terraced garden, holds up a flower, the other depicting a man in a terraced garden holding up a sprig of foliage, surmaounted by a lotus flower finial, beneath which are two panels containing roses, two more rose panels next to the edges.
