Description:

Of squat melon shape, the eight lobed body painted in underglaze blue with three tree shrews scampering amongst tendrilled vine gourds and gnawing at the fruit, above a band of inverted ?v? shapes, and below a band of stylised
ju ? i heads at the shoulder. The rim with a greek key pattern, the base glazed.

Period: Wan-Li (1573 ? 1619)
