Of globular form, the long slender neck finished with a gilt everted rim, the body decorated with an exuberantly painted chestnut tree, the chestnuts painted in iron red enamels, highlighted in gold, some leaves in green and gilt enamels, others in shades of underglaze blue, the tree springing from stylized rockwork and grasses in underglaze blue, around the tree a scattering of further chestnuts, the footrim with three narrow lines painted in underglaze blue, the base glazed.
