The tall rounded sides with moulded vertical ridges and set with a pair of handles formed as intertwined branches with raised prunus, the bodies decorated in shades of underglaze blue and painted to the exterior with a watery landscape scene with rocky mountains and pagodas, the moulded covers similarly decorated and with a finial in the form of a bud resting on a raised leaf, the circular stand with moulded sides also with a watery landscape scene, the wide rim with an intricate decoration of a ring of floral sprays encircled by peony and various diaper patterns within overlapping shaped cartouches, the handles and finials highlighted in gold.
