Each with a bulbous body finishing in long wide necks with trumpet mouths and moulded footrings, painted in shades of underglaze blue and decorated on the bodies with large upright lappet-shaped panels decorated with flowering trees, on which branches birds are perched, further birds flying above, and stylized rockwork, in between each panel at the top a large stylized ruyi-head in blue and the panels bordered above and below by broad bands of smaller petal shaped panels painted with sprays of lotus, at the base of the necks a band of triangle-work, the long necks similarly decorated to the bodies and finished around the rim of the mouths with a further band of triangle-work, the feet with a band of pendant petals, the bases glazed and painted with a blue stylized fungus inside double circular lines.
