Painted in underglaze blue, with a central roundel of three immortals in coversation, Lu Dongbin, seated with his attribute, a magic sword, slung over his shoulder, Cao Guo Qiu, identified by his attributes, a jade tablet resting against his knee and leaves in his hair and Han Zongli with his attribute, a fan, beside a vase of magic spells and a long-tailed turtle, symbolizing longevity, between double line borders at the centre and rim. The base with underglaze-blue six-character Jiajing mark and of the period.
