Of square form with chamfered corners, a flower-head and scrolling foliate border and circular panel decorated with a European woman, child and animal in a terraced woodland garden, the woman, wearing a hat and with long black tresses, stands barefoot, robed in pinks, reds, greens, yellows and blues and holding a wand in her left hand, she stands gazing down to her right, at a small child caressing a dog, behind them two tall trees rise up, to their right, a glimpse of the terracing, in the background and in the foreground, rockwork, the exterior of the steep sided rim decorated with overlapping panels, some with dotted decoration, the back with, in the centre, a square cartouche with a square seal mark in pink enamel, the flat base with four raised brass legs, the rim banded with gilt metal.
