Enamelled in the famille noire palette, decorated with a flowering prunus and a blossom both issuing from stylised rockwork, the prunus blossoms painted in blue, yellow, green and white enamels, with finely etched detailing in black, the stem of the prunus in brown and black enamels, the blossom head in yellow enamelling, the leaves and stem in green, with the veins on the leaves detailed in black, the rim with a finely incised iron red line on the interior of the beaker, the footrim unglazed, the base glazed.
